Nigerian singer and songwriter, Burna Boy who recently bagged the prestigious award for the 'Best International Act' has been receiving lots of congratulatory, but the one that stands out came from another Nigerian music talent, Davido.
Davido who has clinched same award twice, the last being in 2018 took to his verified Instagram page to congratulate Burna Boy, saying that he deserved it and wishing him more successful years ahead.
He wrote:
"Congrats Mi lo lo !!! U over deserve this my brother !! More to come @burnaboygram."
Though Burna Boy was present at the ceremony, he gifts the prestigious award to his Mum by allowing her collect it for him.
The brotherly gesture by Davido shows the togetherness between music artist in Nigeria despite their individual goals and ambitions towards same profession.
