"I Was Never Violent Towards My Husband" - Dr Sid's Wife Reacts As They Prepare For Divorce

The estranged wife of Nigerian music artist, Dr. Sid, has reacted to claim that she was domestically violent towards her husband as she confirmed that they are heading for a divorce and moving forward as separate parents.

In a statement released via her social media, Simi Esimi reacted to the rumor making rounds that she was violent towards Dr. Sid in their marriage and that she has also stopped him from seeing his two daughters. 

She said it's all lies framed by the press, as Dr. Sid has occasionally been seen with them.

Her written statement in part reads;

"I have been consciously silent on this but as some people are out to defame my character and integrity with a fabrication of the facts, i am choosing to address it once and for all.

"A lot of you may have known for some time now that SID and i are no longer together and are moving forward separately with the tough decision to divorce. Our priority will now be working together as co-parents in raising our two beautiful girls."
