BBNaija season four housemate, Khafi Kareem Ekpata has reacted to the recent trend titled 'Silhouette Challenge' going on on all social media platforms, advising ladies participating in the act to remember that the Internet doesn't forget.
The reality TV star who recently tied the knots with her BBNaija lovebird, Gedoni Ekpata, said this in a tweet via her official Twitter handle, where she also stated that whatever is shared on the internet stays there and can be used in the wrong way in the nearest future.
She tweeted;
"Just a quick reminder that the Internet doesn't forget."The fact is society is harder on women. I should know this from personal experience. What you put out into the Internet space remains there. A male can post the exact same thing or similar and not get the same heat/consequences that a female would."
Khafi added that she's not trying to act innocent or trying to be a fun killer, but this is just fact and those involved shouldn't come crying when it backfires.
"This is not me being anti-fun this is just facts. As long as you are fully aware and fully conscious of this, by all means, do what you want, but do not cry when it gets into the wrong hands or your future is affected because of what has been posted on the Internet in the past," she added
The said challenge has been trending on all social media handles with the hashtag #silhouettechallenge, where women are seen dancing half-naked in a dark lighted room.
Many celebrities have already joined the trend, as they have been seen sharing hot videos of themselves dancing half-naked in a dark lighted room.
