Annie Idibia, wife of Nigerian music legend, TuFace Idibia has revealed that her husband Tuface is ill and he's currently hospitalized for some days now.
MackenzieSkyBlog understands that Annie revealed this as the singer managed to attend the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) event after taking permission from his doctor to briefly attend the event.
According to her, he made it to the event, then returned back to the hospital to continue his medication.
She said:
"Incredible human; 2Baba has been so ill and on drips and plenty medications. A doctor was by his side for 48 hours. We didn’t think he could make it to this big event that was all about him and the Nigeria Stock Exchange."Even with his voice shaking, the man got up, told the doctor, man I no go too tey! I no dey like cancel work matter. And this one over important, make I just drag body reach the event! He made it, but back to his meds! get well soon baby."
Recall that the 'African Queen' crooner Tu Face was appointed by the NSE to be their Good Cause Ambassador.
It was gathered that Tuface was unveiled as an ambassador on the floor of the event on Tuesday.
The Nigerian legend, Tuface said further to his appointment, he would lend his voice to raising awareness and mobilising support for the Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability initiatives of the NSE.
He added that this would geared towards achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals in Nigeria.
