Joeboy Makes It To Billboard’s Top 15 African Music Artistes With Most Global Views

Nigerian afrobeat and contemporary R&B singer, Joseph Akinfenwa Donus, known professionally as Joeboy, made it to Billboard’s list of Top 15 African music artists with the most views globally.

Joeboy who was discovered by Mr. Eazi in 2017 after watching his uploaded music video cover to Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You" on Instagram, appeared on the list amongst some of Africa’s senior artists, the majority of whom are from Nigeria.

A top 15 Sub-Sahara African artists list, which has the likes of Burna Boy topping the list with 435.57million views, Davido at 3rd position with 285.76million views, Wizkid at 5th position with 176.23million views, Mr. Eazi at 8th position with 139.68million views, Flavour at 11th position with 130.15million views, Sinach at 12th position with 120.73 million views, and Yemi Alade at 14th position with 109.56million views.

Joeboy occupied the 15th position with 106.08million views.
