Popular Nigerian comedian and actor, AY Makun has taken to social media to celebrate his latest achievement after hitting 16 million followers across all social media platforms.
The host of the AY live shows and AY comedy skits made this known via his official Instagram handle, where he stated that it feels good to be the most followed stand-up comedian in Africa and the most followed actor (male) in Nigeria.
AY also went further to give a breakdown of his followers across all social media; 9million on Instagram, 5.7 million on Facebook, 1.5 million on Twitter, and 680,000 subscribers on YouTube, making it over 16 million followers across all social media.
The 9million followers on Instagram affirm his popularity and superiority over other comedians and AY used the opportunity to thank them all for always supporting his brand.
“It still feels good to be the most followed stand-up comedian in Africa and the most followed actor (male) in Nigeria. Thanks to my 9 Million followers on Instagram, 5.7 million on Facebook, 1.5 million on twitter and 680k subscribers on youtube making it over 16 Million followers across board. God bless you guys for always supporting the Ay brand," he said.
AY added that as a businessman he might start charging for business promotions and he will be doing a giveaway to some lucky followers to celebrate his achievement across all my social media platforms.
"Now the Igbo man in me is telling me to start charging for business promotions, the same way I know that someone will be asking me for giveaway to celebrate the new feat today?
