Ronaldo Announces D£ath of One of His Newborn Twin Son, Calls For Privacy (Details)

Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo has announced the death of his baby boy, one of his newborn twin.

In October last year, Ronaldo and his partner, Georgina Rodriguez, said they were expecting twins.

However, Ronaldo confirmed in a social media post on Monday that his baby boy had passed away. 

In the same post, Manchester United forward Ronaldo said the child's sister had survived.

"It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. 

"It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel.

"Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live in this moment with some hope and happiness.

"We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support.

"We are all devastated at this loss, and we kindly ask for privacy at this very difficult time.

"Our baby boy, you are our angel. We will always love you."

Manchester United offered their support for Ronaldo in a post on Twitter on Monday evening.

The club statement read;

"Your pain is our pain, Cristiano. Sending love and strength to you and the family at this time."

The Manchester United player has four other children, including twins.
