According to The Sun, Manchester United's new signing, Harry Maguire has arrived at the club's training ground 'Carrington' to put the finishing touches on his world-record £85million move to the theatre of dreams.
The England centre-back woke up bright and early to put pen to paper on a deal that will make him football's most expensive defender.
Maguire, 26, looked cool and collected as he sat in the passenger seat of a black Range Rover on its way into United's training ground.
MackenzieSkyBlog understands that United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer wants Maguire at the heart of his defence when they take on Chelsea next Sunday in their Premier League opener.
He said:
“I’ve got a good idea of my starting line-up for Chelsea and Harry has played a few games over the summer so he should be ready. We’ll just have to assess him if and when.“We’ve just got the last little details to get over the line and hopefully we can announce something very soon.”
This blockbuster move could finally be confirmed later today, after his medical results have been confirmed ok by the club's medical team.
