The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in a recent tweet, announced that Nigeria has now recorded 117 (One hundred and seventeen) new cases of coronavirus.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control, (NCDC) on Tuesday night, took to its official twitter account to report that a total of 117 cases were recorded in Nigeria. 59 cases were recorded in Lagos, 29 cases in Abuja, 14 cases in Kano State, 6 cases in Borno State, 4 cases in Katsina State, 3 cases in Ogun State, and 1 in Rivers and Bauchi State respectively.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 782, with 197 discharged, and 25 deaths cases recorded.
Lagos State residents were in a happy mood when Monday's report recorded no single case in the state, with many believing that the reign of the virus in the state will soon come to an end. However, according to the recent report released by NCDC on Tuesday night, Lagos State has now added 59 cases to it tally making it a total of 430 confirmed cases recorded in the state so far.
